The event is being held at Warren Willis Conference Center facility located in Fruitland Park, FL. This is about 45 min north of Orlando International Airport. The address of the Venue is –

Your registration for the Seminar includes – Boarding, Lodging, Puja venue and other amenities including breakfast, lunch and dinner served for the duration of the event at appropriate time.
What this means is that you need not bring in Sleeping bags or similar items. Linens will be provided as part of the room allocation. Each room is equipped with beds and attached bath. But kindly come prepared with your medicines and regular travel packs.

Weather is expected to be in Lower 60’s (Deg F) during nights and it may not SNOW here in Florida 🙂
However, please come prepared with warm clothing, jackets, and shawls as you feel necessary. This includes a good set of shoes for your feet as well. There is a Wal-mart close by if needed for any last minute purchases.

Kindly note that while this is not a Mariott style accommodation, it is not a Motel 6 either. Consider this as a glorified camping venue with basic comfort for yogis.

Upon arrival at the Venue on Sunday Dec 29th – based on your registration, after 4:00 pm, kindly make your way to “Main Auditorium” to confirm your registration and Room assignment. You must be physically present to pick up the room key(s) and acknowledge the same. Keys are provided to registrants only and all members should be physically present to get a wrist tag for the event. Please note that the dinner is served on Sunday starting at 6:00 pm and closing at 7:00 pm and attendees must display their wrist tag for all days, to enter the event areas including dining and main auditorium.

On a final note – If you are experiencing any symptoms of flu or similar, please refrain from mingling with others at the event, inform us and do seclude yourself from larger group attending the event. This is critical for general health of everyone attending this event and not to spread the illness.
