  • What is the closest airport to fly in? 
    • The Warren Willis United Methodist Camp and Conference Center is located in Fruitland Park, Florida. The closest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is approximately 60 miles southeast of the camp. Alternatively, you may also consider Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), which is about 65 miles northeast of the camp.
    • Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 85 miles west and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is around 215 miles southeast.
  • Is there transportation provided for the arrival and departure of the yogis?
    • Transportation will not be provided by the Florida seminar team. However, yogis coming from outside of Florida are encouraged to coordinate their travels with the local yogis coming to the seminar for rides.Uber and Lyft are good options too in addition to renting your own car from the airport.
  • Is there any specific arrival and departure times for the Yogis on the first day and the last day?
    • Yogis attending the new year seminar can arrive on or after Sunday, 4:00 p.m. onwards till 9:00 pm EST and depart on Wednesday morning after breakfast and before 11:00 am EST.
  • Is there an upper limitation on how many yogis can register for the event?
    • Yes, Up to 225 registrations is set as the max limit for this event.
  • Is there any senior discount in the price for the event?
    • No such discount is offered for the event.
  • What is the cancellation policy in case of any unfortunate circumstances that may come
    • All sales are final, however we will try our best to do a partial or full refund after the event and all the bills are cleared . The refund is not guaranteed but will certainly be assessed on a case by case situation and reason for cancellation. 
  • How many people can stay per room
    • Depends on the size of the room anywhere from 2 to 4 people . We ensure families stay together or close to one another . 
  • Is boarding and lodging included?
    • Boarding, lodging and dining are included in the seminar registration cost.
  • Are linens included part of the room
    • Yes 
  • Can we bring our own food items and cook in the kitchen?
    • Unfortunately, bringing our own food items or cooking in the kitchen is not permitted by the venue provider.
  • Can we ask for specific dietary food items for the event?
    • We would have an option for vegetarian and non vegetarian options . We may not be able to accommodate specific dietary constraints beyond that . We recommend you to please plan your trip accordingly. 
  • Can we just come for one day of the Puja only and not for the whole event of three days?
    • Yes, however, the cost for attending just for one day will be the same as attending the entire event and you must complete registration and payment prior to attending the event.
  • Can we come couple of days early and stay at the venue or stay couple of days later after the Puja Instead Avenue so we can watch visit Disney parks
    • No, the venue can only be used during the seminar days. 
  • Are there any medical safety measures being put in place to avoid a mass spreader event of Covid, Flu or other similar issues
    • A covid “negative” test result taken upto 48 hours or less prior to your arrival at the seminar event is a mandatory requirement. If you are experiencing “flu” like symptoms, we request you to please refrain from attending the seminar to protect other sahaj family members from getting infected.
  • If I have any specific questions, what is the method of communication? Is there any specific person we can reach out to?
    • Please reach us via a support ticket by emailing to fl-seminar@formeditation.com 
  • What is the age group of children versus youth versus adults?
    • Please check the registration site for these details.
  • Is there on-site parking available for our vehicles? 
    • Yes there is ample of parking at the venue and you will be able to park outside of the building where your room is allocated 
  • Is there an on site medical facility available?
    • There is no on-site medical facility available. We recommend you to please bring your medications and have a mobile phone handy for emergency calls.
  • Would you be able to take care of our kids when we are in meditation?
    • No. Your kids are your responsibility.
  • What is the weather condition going to be?
    • It’s generally a little cool so we recommend getting at the minimum a light jacket . Please check the weather closer to the days of the seminar
